The original ninjas were tribes of outcasts who, from birth, trained to be amazingly strong and agile. At birth, their limbs were temporarily disloged to give them maximum flexibility, and they learned herblore to be able to make vast concotions to attack their enemy. They also trained in climbing, and could fling themselves from tree to tree to 'fly' through the air. Sherukins are actually not the weapon they used the most; ninjas used a wieghted knife called a kuani, I belive is the spelling, which could either be used as a dagger or a very deadly dart. The knife was built so that poison could be applied without hurting the ninja themselves.

And ninjas didnt wear black shinobi shozokus, they weared smething like dark blue, dark brown... dark colors.
