MMO's for Cii

Could we also put up MMo's on Cii in later stages?

We barely made Cii work man!

When Cii is fully functional we can start thinking on MMOs.

MMO stands for MASSIVELY multiplayer online. GM will never be able to handle anything like that, ever. Even though we are using the fastest networking available to GM, GM just isn't fast enough to handle it all.

I cant give any garentees, but I might just convince mailas to give Goomba Online over to us, because he is abandoning it to make his new game. How would the server for such a game work on Cii. Will it be on permanently?

If we did make a MOG game, or put one on Cii, the server wouldn't need to do crap with Cii. Just networking.

The server wouldn't be written in Cii++ either. It probably wouldn't even be written in GML.

Either way, don't even think about it until you guys finish Cii.

It would probably be written in GML, Kite. The users of Cii would be users of GM, so when if they make a MOG, they would write the server in their native language.
